Join the GoMo BabySteps Program

The GoMo BabySteps Program provides education and support during your pregnancy. Receive text messages with helpful tips and information over the course of your pregnancy to get you and your baby off to a healthy start.

How does it work?

• To participate, text STEPSKY to 52046.
• We’ll send you a survey with a few questions about your pregnancy.
• You will receive 2-3 text messages a week sent to your cell phone.
• Messages will have tips about:
  • Appointments and wellness check-ins
  • Changes in your body
  • Complications during pregnancy
  • Emotional health
  • Nutrition and exercise
  • Baby’s growth
  • Birth planning
• You will receive links to more information and an easy-to-access library of educational materials.
