Each head of household can get health and wellness items shipped to their home each month free of charge. There is no prescription needed.
We have partnered with CVS to bring health and wellness items to you. The benefit allows members access of up to $15 in items, per member, each month.
*Members requesting over the counter medications should request a prescription from a provider and fill it through the Single MCO PBM.
