My Health Pays® Rewards
Earn up to $600 in rewards for doing healthy activities like wellness visits and health screenings. The goal of this program is to encourage you to earn points. Points can be redeemed for a wide variety of merchandise. Earn your points by attending your health screening appointments each year from January 1 to December 31.
The more activities you complete, the more rewards you can earn. Get a full list of all healthy activities that can earn you points.
Save With Your Health and Wellness Benefit
Did you know that your Health and Wellness benefit can save you money and you can stock up on all kinds of items? It can also help you and your family stay healthy.
Each month, every WellCare Medicaid enrollee receives $15 each month, up to $45 per household. Make sure to order your items each month.It will not carry over to the next month.
*Enrollees requesting over the counter medications should request a prescription from a provider and fill it through the Single MCO PBM
WW (formerly Weight Watchers)
A six-month program to support healthy lifestyles and improve health outcomes. Available for members ages 18 and up when requirements are met. Join now.
Good Measures
Would you like to lose weight, manage a health condition, strengthen your immune system, or just feel better? Good Measures coaching is part of your WellCare coverage at no additional cost to you!
Tutoring
Twelve free one-hour tutoring sessions for enrollees ages 8 through 18. Sessions available virtually or in-person.
Internet Hot Spot
Free internet service for 12 months and a hot spot device for members ages 8 through 18. Available in limited rural areas.
GED® Program
Free GED testing for members ages 16 and older. See the GED Eligibility Center for more details.
Scholarships
$1,000 scholarships awarded to 50 members. For members ages 18 and older who are attending a trade school, college, or university.

To apply for your child, please fill out the Reading Scholarship Application form (PDF).
Free Cell Phone
Qualified enrollees can receive a free cell phone through Assurance Wireless. Enrollees will have access to a smartphone with talk, text, data, and hot spotting. Learn more.
Extras for Moms and Moms-To-Be
Choice of a free stroller, portable playpen, car seat, or six packs of diapers
Girl Scouts of America® and Scouting America®
Free annual membership for members in grades K-12 and a free membership for parents or guardians. Also includes $25 towards the cost of a uniform.
Free Sports Physical
No cost for a yearly sports physical for members ages 6 through 18. Must be performed by a primary care provider.
State-Issued ID Cards
New or replacement state-issued ID Cards at no cost. (Does not include driver’s licenses or Real ID cards.)
Steps2Success Training
Free job training and financial education classes.
WellCare Works
Free resources, job coaching, and tools to help enrollees learn, train, and prepare for steady employment and/or volunteering.
Criminal Record Expungement
Make a fresh start by clearing a criminal record. WellCare will help with application fees as allowed by law. Certification only.
Meals Program
Free, home-delivered meals for members discharged from an:
- Inpatient hospital
- Rehabilitation facility
- Skilled nursing facility
- Behavioral health facility
Meals are delivered within 14 days of discharge. Members get 10 meals per authorization.
